Oracle requires that several options are specified for a mounted NFS.
The list can be found here:
As you can read several are mandatory: hard, rsize, wsize, actime=0.
I suggest even to use TCP, and nfsvers=3.
(Actually I don't like hard since can freeze a process in D state).
